Angelique Simpson has been teaching and inspiring as a speaker, trainer, and personal development coach for the past 25 years, and is the current regional Professional Development Director for Matthews Aurora Funeral Solutions.
Funeral directors report increasing numbers of families who are in conflict during the arrangement conference. This insightful presentation is designed to help funeral directors and pre-need counselors resolve tension and conflict that can arise during funeral or cremation arrangements. During this course, funeral directors will learn techniques for navigating through difficult conversations with courage and tact. Participants will practice learned skills through role play.
